He is the past president of the New England Promotional Products Association and a member of the Promotional Products Association International, the industry premier trade organization. Rich has served on various committees in both associations and has received several important awards , a Golden Pyramid (the industry's Oscar), Regional Person of the Year and Regional Speaker of the Year. Rich was the 16th recipient of the coveted MAS ( Master Advertising Specialist ) designation. The designation is awarded to individuals who have completed educational requirements demonstrating exemplary commitment to their profession. MAS designates are recognized for providing the highest standard of professionalism to their customers.
